Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

Yes. *sighs* The idiotic mudkips everywhere are the DA admins rather idiotic (in my opinion) idea of an April Fools joke. Gods, I can't wait for them to all be gone. When it first happened just after it became the 1st in the early morning, _every_ avatar, everywhere, not just in journals, and such, was one of those little beasties. It was horrific.

It was explained to me that it is some kind of pokemon, and what it was saying was a reference to a rather rude joke involving them that spread as a meme. I had never heard of them before the 1st either, so don't feel bad. It was all of your friends avatars in your journal that caused so many of them to appear, as all the avatars were changed to the mudkips. If you had put your mouse over any of them, you would have seen that they still linked back to all the correct people.

Sorry it took me a while to respond, I have been ill, and not on line much, particularly recently. I have fibromyalgia, which is a chronic pain condition, among other things (I explained it in my journal a while back). Then this last month, I have had a particularly bad case of the flu on top of that, so I haven't been good for much at all, even answering messages here. *wry smile* So, between that and other things, asking how I am doing is dangerous, unless you want a long depressing story. I think I did comment on a bunch of your art a while back, in a short-lived attempt to get caught up with my messages and the people I watch here (I am behind by 469 deviations, and 664 messages right now). Anyway, that is the basics. I don't generally participate in chats any longer, but I still maintain the DI, in case anyone else wants to use it. *shrugs* When I do have a little bit of energy (and it isn't going to housework, and such) I usually put it into my photography now.
